Oct. 31st Quad City Honor Flight
Our club is the official photography group for the Quad City Honor Flights. Giving back to our country's veterans is an exciting and rewarding experience. A special thanks goes to our Oct. 31st Honor Flight volunteers. Photographers: Scott Davis, Tim Brandenburg, Greg Boll Supervised and supplied the lighting equipment. Just as important as the photographers are the helpers that organized the 97 veterans for their pictures: Helpers: Ron Browning, Tina Dominicus, Larry Engstrom, and Lucy Chapman. They started shooting at 5:30 am and finished around 6:30.
Our photo editors: Jackie Gerse, Jay Brooks, Mary Anderson, and Marty Gaulrapp. These images were presented to the veterans that evening when they returned to the Quad Cities.
The emotion of this event can not be explained in words, you must experience it. We are honored to be part if it.
